Classes
- Kickboxing- 2-for-1! Get in shape and learn Self-Defense. Our Kickboxing classes are extremely high energy yet low impact. Classes range from 45 minutes to 90 minutes, involving training like a fighter without the physical contact. We incorporate all type of heavybags, speedbags, weight training, jump ropes, ladders, bootcamp, and more all in one class. This class (as well as the Muay Thai class) shapes, tones, and trims inches from your waistline. Designed for people of all shapes and sizes, our Kickboxing classes have participants ranging in age from 15 to 65, and from 90lbs to 350lbs.
- Muay Thai – Once called King of the Ring, Muay Thai is very similar to Kickboxing. Where kickboxing uses snap kicks and knees above the waist, Muay Thai teaches kicks from toe to top of the head. We incorporate knees, elbows, and all sorts of kicks to help you achive that slimmer, trimmer waistline. You’d be hard pressed to find a workout that is as fun and effective as our Muay Thai classes.
- Children’s Karate – If you are looking for a fun physical activity to get your child away from the TV, computer, or video game, look no further! For ages 5-12, these Karate classes are the perfect fit for your children. Our program helps to foster discipline, impress respect, and build self esteem through structured classes, role playing, and belt advancement. If your child isn’t doing the school work or chores they’re supposed to, let us help! Remember, it takes a village to raise a child.
- Adult Karate – Karate classes for men or women on the go. Scheduled by appointment only, our Adult Karate classes bear a striking resemlence to our childrens Karate, however, adapted to the more mature audience. Since scheduled by appointment only, these classes are taught privately or in small groups. Specials include Self-Defense training for men, women, and students going away to college. Don’t be scared, be prepared!
- Shootfighting and Grappling – Better known as Mixed Martial Arts, Shootfighting and Grappling is the powerful combination of of Muay Thai sparring and Submission Wrestling. For an extremely intense workout or training session, either to burn calories or prepare for a fight, these classes are for you! “Only a fighter knows the feeling,” is the saying.
- Personal Training – Customized training to help you be the best you can be. These sessions are one-on-one student-teacher classes where you get exactly what you want.
